Hi Reader, New Year's resolutions are overhyped, right? Most fade by February, leaving us feeling frustrated and stuck. But what if we ditch the resolutions and focus on a winning strategy instead? I'm Kathleen, and I work with hundreds of entrepreneurs like you. Over-planning, over-strategizing, and over-committing are their biggest enemies. Sound familiar? Stop the "over-everything" trap. The key is saying "no" more, both to others and to yourself. It's about focusing on what truly matters and letting go of the rest. Here's how I managed to do okay in 2023 despite it being one of the hardest years of my life (and how you can do the same in 2024):1. Focus on the Big Picture FirstForget the to-do list. Instead, imagine December 2024. What are your major accomplishments? Think "milestones," not tasks. 2. Growth LeversOffers need fuel. Identify your "Growth Levers" โ the channels that feed your business. These can be content, partnerships, or even investing in your team. Don't just focus on revenue. Growth Levers can also be about well-being and sustainable growth. 3. Double Down & Don't Do ListThroughout the year, track what works and what doesn't. This is crucial for solopreneurs! By December, you'll have a clear "double down" list and a "don't do" list. Focus on what's working and eliminate the rest. This isn't a cookie-cutter plan. It's about creating your own strategic blueprint for success. Forget the resolutions, focus on intentionality, action, and letting go. Let's make 2024 your year of strategic wins. Ditch the resolutions, take action, and win the year on your terms. โ Cheers,โ |
